THE SECRET TO A GOOD LIFE.

Well I don't know about you but I have been and still am going through some really tough times. Contemporarily I think the secret to a good life incorporates all of the following.

Save! Save! Save! and Invest! Invest! Invest!: Make periodic savings matching your income. A good investment is made with a sound mind. Seeking accurate information before putting your money into something. A good investment is that of a wide portfolio. That which will survive crazy market forces through gains and losses among them.

Self employment: Working nowadys is a challenging issue. Lack of promotions, lack of salary increments,job favouritism, being over worked and so much more are just but some of the few things that frustrate many employees. Aim towards starting your own business. Be creative and unique from the start. A good business identifies the needs of the market around it and finds solutions to their problems.

Seek a good life partner: A great relationship builds you as a person. Having peace and focus in your heart is bound to move you ahead in life. You feed on each other's strengths and try to improve your weaknesses. A good partner is one who is faithful, one who listens, understands, supports,accepts criticism and who is morally ambitious.
Buy a house: The rents are going up everyday. Avoiding monthly expenses on rent would be a great investment to any visionary person. Put that money in a longterm Investment and be sure you willl enjoy the returns when the time comes.

Pray and Worship: Prayer keeps you in check my friends. God is greater than any being in this world. Believing that you will be ok through Him is a strength on its own. It empowers us.

Don't drink too much: Drunks have become useless in this society. They are not productive. They are lazy, unkempt and a problem to the security of family lives. Drink, but please do not lose yourself.
Never mix business with family: Learn to separate the two most important things in your life. When it is business let it be business. When it is family then let it be. How do you employ your husband to be the
Managing Director of your company when he has no idea what business is all about?...clear enough?

Network with productive people: Build networks through seminars, friends, relatives and so forth.

Rest when you can: Make enough time for rest and sleep.
