MUSEVENI IS A DISGRACE TO AFRICAN FREEDOM, LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

I was shocked at how an innocent man-Kizza Besigye was treated by rogue criminals in the name of the Ugandan police. At this day and age?? Really??

NOTE:
I will NOT refer to the president of Uganda as His Excellence because of his disregard for human freedom and justice.
I will refer to the Ugandan policemen who attacked Kizza Besigye as rogue criminals.

Lets look at the facts;
Kizza Besigye is an opposition leader in Uganda and a huge threat to Museveni's  future political career. He is man fighting a fight that most of us cannot. He has been arrested, shot and tortured,all, in the name of disturbing the peace and security of Uganda. The way I see it, times are hard and if somebody vocal doesn't speak up, then we might as well languish in misery. My point is he was exercising his rights as a human being by walking to work to protest the sky rocketing prices of food and cost of living in Uganda.

On the 28th of April, 2011, this great man was ambushed by Rogue criminals and arrested for the fourth time. The man's car windows were broken and bodyguards attacked and beaten senselessly. His car was smoked, he was manhandled,pepper-sprayed, humilliated and if that wasn't enough, he was dragged and pushed under the seats of the rogue criminals' car.

It saddens me that Idi Amin's shadow is rekindling itself in Uganda but under a different Regime. This man Museveni fought to end dictatorship and oppression in this African Nation and yet he is the same person oppressing and practising dictatorship in Uganda in this day and age.

My prayer goes out to Kizza Besigye and his family.
I urge the Ugandan people and the International community to Intervene,condemn and fight the social and political injustice in this great nation.

We need more men like Besigye to develop this continent. Dictators like Museveni-your days are numbered because the Almighty Father does not sleep. You saw what happened to the Arab Uprising.

His Excellency the president of Kenya, Hon. Mwai Kibaki and the Hon. Prime Minister Raila Odinga should be commended for their great statesmanship and leadership. Kenyans enjoy freedom because of their leadership. I hope next time Ugandans go to the poll, they will be wiser.

God bless Uganda. God bless Kenya
